THE LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
This award has been instituted by The Hindu Lit For Life Tamil to honour a writer who has spent a lifetime mining the human spirit through words and ideas It will be presented at The Hindu Lit for Life along with The Hindu Prize for Fiction and Non-Fiction and The Hindu Young World-Goodbooks Awards. The first Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to veteran Tamil writer Indira Parthasarathy.
