TH LFL Child fest logoIn 2017, The Hindu Lit for Life introduced a Children’s Fest to engage with children between of 5 and 12 years and to inculcate in them a love for the fascinating world of books. The Children’s Fest is an addition to the existing readership that Young World, The Hindu’s premier newspaper for children, already enjoys.

The Children's Fest has seen authors like Arefa Tehsin, Andaleeb Wajid, Geeta Ramanujam, storytellers like Vikram Sridhar, illustrators Vinayak Varma and Chetan Sharma, puppeteer Meena Naik, and ScienceUtsav, an initiative that encourages children to ask questions on the why and how of science, delight children with their sessions.
